Credits?
Vino and Vango has always had a 60 day expiration on class credits. However, we have always tried to honor ALL credits, regardless of age. In light of our current switch to mobile operation, we are temporarily suspending our habit of honoring expired credits. If you have credits that are older than 60 days, don't worry! We will continue to allow you to redeem those credits AFTER May 15th, as we are focusing on our upcoming move from the Main Street location.
Gift Cards?
Vino and Vango Gift Cards that were purchased with monetary funds NEVR expire. Gift Cards that were part of a donation event have an expiration date listed on them. We are currently only redeeming non expired Gift Cards. We have always done our best to honor expired Gift Cards. That habit is being suspended until AFTER May 15th, as we are focusing on our upcoming move from the Main Street location.
Punch Cards?
We LOVE our customers, and are thrilled that so many of you come back so often! In consideration of our shift to mobile operations, Vino and Vango is temporarily suspending our Punch Card Program, in favor of an updated Customer Loyalty Program. If you have a punch card, or a stack of partial punch cards, reach out to be added to the new Loyalty Program after May 15th. Punch cards are not being accepted for redemption during the transition to mobile operations, April 15-May 15, 2024.
